Our newest Tribe represents the forgotten consumer. This group sits in the enviable position of having the most secure financial position outside our luxury Tribes. They represent those Australians who have paid off their home and have children who have left home. They are affectionally known as the 5th pillar of the bank world – ‘The bank of Mum and Dad’. They are cashed up with high levels of disposable income and with higher levels of spending on holidays and eating out.
