Pedestrian Group snaps up Pinterest’s Frank Materson as Head of Partnerships, Direct and Independent Agencies NSW
Pedestrian Group, ANZ’s largest youth-focused publishing group, has hired Frank Masterson to lead the company’s direct and independent sales team in Sydney. Frank is tasked to further drive revenue via client partnerships in Sydney as well as driving direct new business relationships nationally.
Frank is a well respected operator in the industry – having held senior positions locally in tech and publishing at Pinterest, Buzzfeed and B&T.
Pedestrian Group’s Chief Commercial Officer, Rachel Tikey stated, “If you’ve met Frank, you know he radiates kindness, intellect and energizes those around him. He is a strategic leader who is loved by his peers and clients – we know Frank is going to achieve great things as a leader at Pedestrian Group.”

Frank’s appointment comes as Pedestrian Group sees MOM audience growth via IPSOS. The business also plans to expand its commercial offerings with an exciting first to market announcement in the works with parent company Nine.
