As the Olympic Games Paris 2024 provides some truly remarkable images of athletes competing in one of the most beautiful settings for a Games, Australians have turned to Nine’s unparalleled digital cross-platform ecosystem in unprecedented numbers. 

Utilising Nine’s unique set of cross platform digital audiences, advertisers are now experiencing the halo effect of being part of big cultural moments that unite Australians.

From Nine’s broadcast TV and 9Now, to nine.com.au and WWOS.com to the smh.com.au, theage.com.au, afr.com and Nine’s audio sites, there has been substantial across-the-board rise in digital consumption of some of Australia’s most known brands.

Total Nine Publishing has recorded 69.2 million page views since the Games began [24/07 – 30/07] while nine.com.au has attracted 6.1 million page views. 

Meanwhile, 9Now’s offering of live streaming and 40 FAST channels of Paris 2024 has recorded 1.3 billion minutes during the same period. The FTA BVOD platform has provided 18% incremental reach, with nearly 50% of those who have watched the Olympics solely via 9Now being aged 18-39.  

With Nine’s coverage of the Olympics now reaching a National Total TV reach of 15.6 million Australians, brands who have campaigns across Nine’s premium channels are reaping the benefits of reaching audiences at scale.

A world first united media content ecosystem has allowed brands to reach huge audiences at scale in a campaign window that has stretched nearly 10 months called the Road to Paris. 

Utilising Nine’s 20 million signed in users, brands can connect with audiences like never before. Nine’s first party data set has 68 different segments and nine Games verticals.
