Nine’s gripping new crime thriller, Bite Club, premieres Wednesday, August 15, at 8.45pm after The Block.

Bite Club stars Todd Lasance (Spartacus: War of the Damned, The Vampire Diaries, Underbelly Files: Chopper), Ash Ricardo (Offspring, Party Tricks), Deborah Mailman (Redfern Now, Offspring) and Dominic Monaghan (Lost, The Lord of The Rings, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Wild Things).

After surviving a shark attack, homicide detectives Dan Cooper (Todd Lasance) and Zoe Rawlings (Ash Ricardo) join forces to hunt the ultimate predator, a serial killer who is also hunting them.

Not only are they survivors but also ex-lovers. Exceptional at what they do, together they’re a force like no other. Zoe is happy in a new relationship, but after three years away Dan knows Zoe was the one he let go and wants her back. Will Dan and Zoe be able to work together to hunt down the serial killer or will they become the killer’s next victims?

Also headlining this all-star cast is Deborah Mailman as homicide squad boss Anna Morton. Dominic Monaghan as Senior Constable Stephen Langley, who works in the Dog Squad, and Robert Mammone (Underbelly, Fat Tony & Co, Janet King) as Detective Sergeant Jim Russo.

Damian Walshe-Howling (Underbelly, Bikie Wars: Brothers in Arms, Janet King) is police psychologist Dr Kristof Olsen. Pia Miller (Home and Away) plays Kate Summer, Zoe’s closest friend and roommate.

Marny Kennedy (Mortified, Janet King) appears as semi-pro surfer Amber Wells, Darcie Irwin-Simpson (Love Child) is Detective Claire Hobson and Arka Das (Pulse) plays Forensic Specialist Depak Chaudhary.
