Australian Age Swimming Championships free on 9Now
Australia’s best up and coming swimmers will go on show when the 2025 Australian Age and Multi Class Swimming Championships are live and free from tomorrow – Thursday, April 10 to stream on 9Now.
Our aspiring Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032 Olympians and Paralympians will compete amongst 2500 swimmers, including 50 international visitors, aged 12-18 years old as the Aussie Dolphins of the future get their chance to make a name for themselves.
Amongst them is Josh Conias, who missed out by just 0.02 on claiming Kyle Chalmers’ national age record in the 16 years 50m freestyle. The 17-year-old is apprentice to Paris 2024 50m freestyle gold medalist Cam McEvoy, with both training under Tim Lane.
Every heats and finals session at Brisbane Aquatic Centre is available to watch anywhere, anytime on Nine’s free streaming service, 9Now.
At the conclusion of this meet, a Junior Dolphins team will be selected for the 2025 World Junior Championships in Romania.
The Australian Age Championships is the first of the major swimming tournaments on the 9Network in 2025 with Australia’s best swimmers back in the pool for the World Swimming Championship Trials in Adelaide from June 9-14.
Australian Age and Multi Class Swimming Championships stream live and free on 9Now, April 10-18.
