The record-breaking 2023 NRL and NRLW Grand Finals drove viewers to Nine in the millions.
The Men's Grand Final reached 5.5M Aussies (Linear TV: 4.7M BVOD: 949K) with 1.6M (Linear TV: 1.4M, BVOD: 174K) captivated by the Women's Grand Final.
Across the 9Network and all key demos, an incredible +70% commercial share in metro and +67% commercial share in regional was recorded.
On 9Now, both finals smashed live streaming records, with the Men's achieving a Live BVOD audience of 605K (+56% year-on-year), the highest Live BVOD audience for a Rugby League match and NRL or AFL Grand Final ever recorded.
Proving the power of women's sport, the Women's Grand Final recorded the highest ever Live BVOD audience for a women's Rugby League match and was up +62% on the 2022 NRLW Grand Final.
9Now recorded a whopping 86% CFTA share of live minutes on Sunday, taking out the No.1 program live streamed against all competitors.
