Game 2 smashes Live BVOD records
& ranks the highest rating Game 2 in five years
Game 2 achieved the highest rating match since Game 2 in 2018, captivating a Total Television average audience of 3.18 million. And our audiences are just getting bigger, with Game 2 driving epic year-on-year growth across all screens of +2% Metro, +43% Broadcast Video on Demand and +6% Total Television.
Across the 9Network, an incredible commercial share of +67% for all key advertising demographics was recorded.
On 9Now, Game 2 smashed live streaming records, achieving the highest ever Live BVOD audience of all time, against all broadcasters. The match recorded Live BVOD audience growth of +43% year-on-year. This equates to 64.7 million minutes, +47% year-on-year and 1.2 million stream starts +22% year-on-year.
